1. Beta status

Core51 is currently provided as a beta. Features may change, may be discontinued, and may contain errors. By using Core51 you acknowledge that the service is experimental and provided for testing purposes.

2. No warranties

Core51 is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core51 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Core51, including attempts to gain unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices. If you lose access to your device, you may lose access to message history due to end‑to‑end encryption.

6. Privacy

Your use of Core51 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and payments

If paid plans are offered, payment terms and billing rules will be described at the time of purchase and in the Refund Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Core51 if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the service and other users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Core51 after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
